  • Stay away......!!!!

Wire $$$ a day ago and still they cannot or will not locate it.

They will not answer their phone
    Ever.

They were just bought by ninja trader and launched their own clearing firm.

So far my $$ has not cleared or appeared.

    Something has radically changed....
  • Couldn’t get thru the login screen

Wrote my name and it said I can’t use numbers …..I did not put numbers in my name so that’s a turnoff. You should at least have the account creation and login screens 100%. Good luck
  • Great app!

    Love the P/L performance breakdown.
  • Great broker, crappy app

The app is absolutely terrible. Plain n simple. Horrible.
  • App is decent but needs some sensible updates

Edit: updated to allow custom bracket sizes which is amazing, thank you!

Please also allow more than 6 accounts to show at a time (or let us select which we want to show)

I have always used this app to place my orders and wish it got more love (no updates in 9 months?) The charts are extremely limited and should be enhanced. What’s even worse is that the chart disappears for good periodically after using the app. It never comes back after closing and reopening it, logging out and back in, restarting the device, etc. The only solution I’ve found is to delete the app and reinstall it after this bug occurs. It only impacts the particular instrument’s chart that was affected. Bracket limits on mobile are way too limited. E.g. 6 points on MNQ is nothing and you will constantly be stopped out on a volatile day. The sliders should allow much larger values (maybe free form text). When you are long or short and are adding a stop order, it should not add its corresponding stop/take profit orders. This requires manual intervention to clean up orders. I think the same is true for orders which are getting the user out of his or her current position. The client shouldn’t add the SL/TP orders in this case. This is how NinjaTrader behaves and makes more sense to me. If you place an order you don’t have margin to support, the client will occasionally freeze and requires closing and reopening it to take any further actions. The market replay feature loses your progress when the app is in the background for a few second. It opens to the area where the user selects the parameters of the day again. This is very annoying for a feature which costs $40/mo. There are a lot of other complaints like not being able to add any indicators to its charts. This is still a decent app but could be great. It really needs some real, consistent TLC.

  • Great

Great brokerage, great platform, quick and responsive support. Only feature missing are ALERTS. (E.g alert is es> or < x)Please add :)
  • Use ability

I honestly wish the app trading like the web version
  • WHY IS IT SO BUGGY ALL OF A SUDDEN

It keeps logging me out 2 seconds after I sign in!
  • Decent for strictly placing trades

If you’re only looking for a brokerage to place a trade through, it’s alright. However, the customer service(answering the phones/messaging system) is trash since Ninja Traders took over. Also, the charts have little to no use so I’d suggest using TradingView and linking it to Tradovate. The DOM is sub-par as well but it works. Lots of room of improvement; will update this review later on to give the Ninja team a chance of fixing these issues.

  • Good but could be better

Pretty good UI but not a huge fan of the charting on this.
