Chart Navigating is Wonky
When will the wonky and Slippy chart navigating be fixed? Software is flawless on desktop but on mobile version… it’s another story. Even on iPad, it’s just crazy frustrating to use. I hope to see an update soon as I travel often and trading on mobile devices makes life so much easier.Oouredxhoigeeiouto

Poor support
Trying to open a joint account since 10 days. Support doesn’t come back to questions on the app and website doesn’t work if I try to login. Wish I could give less than a stared lobo *
App is great…but
The app is great. Trade execution is very good. If you have a problem, support is not very responsive. Chat, phone, email…none of them are responding consistently. I really like the platform but the customer service might be a deal breaker.TrussBuss Rider

Shockingly bad trading platform on iOS
I love using tradovate as my broker within Trading View but as far as this app goes, they need to look at the incredible crypto trading apps out there (bybit, kraken, Binance etc) and start again with this app. It’s practically unusable in comparison. Awful design, absolute turn off.introdeluxe
