Do not book whilst not in Australia
The absolute worst app and company! We extend our overseas trip so made a new booking whilst overseas. We input our arrival date using Sydney date and time. When we finally arrived in Australia, we changed to our Australian SIM and had a text from the driver. We called him and he came to pick us up but he thought we were another booking. Turned out he had arrived the previous day because the app converted our booking time to US time. He called head office and the company wanted us to get out of the vehicle and make our own way home, and when we refused to unpack all our luggage and take our small children out, they also accused us of booking the wrong time and lying! We SHOWED them the app which clearly showed the correct day and they said we must have changed it, even though the app doesn’t allow you to edit a booking. Then we could hear swearing in Viet from head office to the driver. Absolutely disgusted. Do not use this app.
