What’s your bank endorsement

Great company

I have been with AEAFCU for twenty years. Their customer service is well informed and is able to help with any request presented to them. There IT/Cybersecurity is the best. They will contact me if they catch something and will actively listen to me when I call them about an issue. The employee are always ready and willing to help in any situation. I highly recommend them.

Never works

The application hardly ever functions like it’s supposed to. Account information doesn’t appear when needed and constantly displays an “application error” pop up.

Customer service

Very bad experience on the app and there is no service after 5pm. If someone needs assistance after business hours nobody can help. There is good things about it tho

Not Apple Pay compatible

Just waiting for Apple Pay to be compatible with AEA so that when people Apple Pay me I can deposit into the bank...

Meh

It’s okay for checking balances, but can’t do anything credit card related without going to the actual website.

This app is honestly such a hassle to deal with and it’s a shame because aea is generally a good bank but this app doesn’t reflect that.

Super Glitchy

This app has a lot of issues with connecting and displaying account information. It’ll be great one day and the next day I can’t even access my account. Honestly they should really invest more time and money in making this app better because it really does have potential and makes life easier when it’s not glitchy and annoying.

Not good

This app does not recognize my credentials, yet I’m able to log on the website. I was excited to learn that they finally had an app, but now I am extremely disappointed.

Worst “upgrade” ever

What’s the point of having an app if I can’t even use it? It says information is incomplete yet I’m able to use the website. Now I have to contact them and wait over an hour on the phone or over an hour in person all because they wanted to “upgrade”. Everything was fine before they tried to change anything. Thinking about moving to chase.
