Elegantly Simple
This bank app is the best one I have. TruWest has made it so simple to find and use any tool they have. It’s a sleek, minimal design that requires almost no getting used to. Never had an outage, never had to call customer support to figure out how to use it. There are some functions that are not available through the app and require using the website or phone banking, but those are rarely used situations. For every day, mobile banking, I think this app is great.

Mostly works, annoying to use
1. Periodically demands you provide your email address for “information” or refuses to let you use the app.
2. Check deposit 100% of the time claims one of the two pictures is not clear. Always false, always works without retaking it. The photo checker is just plain bad.
Better than the website which can’t manage cookies properly to remember your credentials, though.

Good improvements
TruWest has made some good changes to their app. Love the addition of Zelle. Whenever I have any questions or issues, their customer service is helpful and patient, they stick with me until I understand and the issue is fixed!
