Stop Wasting Our Time
When I open up the app to make a transfer I really want to make one, which is why I opened the app in the first place. Having the app suddenly decide- Oh you wanted to go back to the login page when you were a second away from being done making said transfer and now have to do it all over again- is really aggravating. Shaving off seconds of my fleeting existence on this Earth just to do something I was already basically done with. Other than that the app is lovey.
P.S. Not thrilled about having to wait 10 “business” days for a new card in the mail when one, in the past, could go in and get a new one same day at a branch location. 😕Show lessambrosec

Hi ambrosec. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are aware of the logout issue and are working to get it corrected. In the meantime, to ease this issue, ensure your app and iOS are up to date. Cards issued in the branch are not Tap-to-Pay and were poorer quality than cards sent via mail. If you need a card quicker, let the branch know and they can submit a rush order (rush-ordered cards may have a fee). We're always trying to improve our processes, and will act on your feedback! This is not me, I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max running on Verizon and an iPhone 13 Pro Max running on AT&T on both phones that are always at all times updated with Apple- app crashes every 10 seconds no matter what you are doing with it, I have deleted rebooted and put it back on here constantly and nothing fixes it-I understand tech can be difficult, but this has been going on for much, someone is not doing their job I literally just try to check my bank account balance, and this thing will crash and reboot twice It was totally fine months ago and now it is uselessShow lessclv2012

There is a flaw in your system, and unless you operate this yourself, you may not know or see it. When I push the button to deposit my checks, I have to have my iPad straight up and down and then the next screen when I have to do a snapshot of the check. I have to turn the screen and it doesn’t make sense to have to do both so you might consider looking into it. Systems slow but other than that works for me thank you. Oh by the way, this is excellent service offer. This means I don’t have to go in the bank or to the machine I can get things done at home. much appreciated VVCShow lessVVC9
