P.S. Not thrilled about having to wait 10 “business” days for a new card in the mail when one, in the past, could go in and get a new one same day at a branch location. 😕

Hi ambrosec. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are aware of the logout issue and are working to get it corrected. In the meantime, to ease this issue, ensure your app and iOS are up to date. Cards issued in the branch are not Tap-to-Pay and were poorer quality than cards sent via mail. If you need a card quicker, let the branch know and they can submit a rush order (rush-ordered cards may have a fee). We're always trying to improve our processes, and will act on your feedback!
