Been with these guys for 3 years. Most clients do not qualify but my biggest complaint is if you send the client the link for financing, you are not protected by Hearth and they can get financed and use another contractor even though they got financing under your company. ALSO, they auto renewed me on May 29th and I immediately sent an email to cancel. I received a call the next day from their customer service and she said she would be sending my request to the correct department. It is June 9th and I still haven’t heard from anyone or received my refund. Guess they will try to hold our $1000 from us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH HEARTH. WASTE OF MONEY

Warning if you purchase their service and three months into it you feel its not right or you don’t need it they will not turn it off until your year runs out or reimburse you for the other 9 month you don’t use it. They will simply tell you that you have it for the remainder of the year. 10/10 would not recommend and I was a 2 year customer there are better options out there.Show lessDACJR85
Game changer
Very easy to use laid out perfectly for contractors and the customer support is just amazing. Very glad I made this step for my company. It is also made receiving payments from my customers easy on them.hahakalhdjdks

Available funds
It takes way to long for a payment to be processed. A week for hearth to make it available and then another 3-4 days before it can even be transferred into my business account. It’s says your bank bank is processing it and will be made available soon when in all reality, it’s on their end the whole time. It should be transferred automatically over to my business account without any middle man process. Also the system needs to be able to be updated more timely and allow for a “scrub” to be done so that you don’t have all this random old or cancelled information on your dashboard. A much cleaner look is a personal preference and should be made available to do so.Show lessAmber the Travler
Buggy software
Constantly run into issues with the software. Face value the functionality and features look fantastic. They just don’t ever work 100% of the time constantly retyping out all types of issues. The cost of this product expectations are significantly higher. we will be switching back to Jobber as soon as our subscription ends.Show lessFingers2482
Not good.
About all the loan options available through hearth to my customers have been car title loans and junk high-interest trap loans. This was poorly explained by the person who originated my subscription.
They also didn’t send any renewal reminders and my subscription automatically renewed for over $2000.
I’ll go through a more legitimate financing company next year Well Fargo or FTL. I’m not impressed with hearth or the app.Show less986evans
Don’t use this app or this company
I had this company for 11 months presented the idea of getting financing to every single one of my clients. I did close to $400,000 worth of income every client that applied did not get enough money if they were approved or if they were approved for the amount that they wanted. The APR was ridiculous. Game Changer
This app and software all around is amazing. Very user friendly with additional training videos always in reach. I have tried other companies and software prior and his is light years ahead of them. This could be one of your businesses best investments.WolfesRemodel
