Quickbooks integration with Hearth
I was reading the reviews and I’m curious as I was told QuickBooks can integrate with Hearth and we would be able to send invoices, estimates ETC. Could someone clarify if this is true or not?Kscrub
Worst software, banks and service
2 months of nothing but problems from day one. The software is in beta mode. Tons of glitches. Doesn’t work most the time. Can’t even copy and paste, edit, doesn’t send financing links and on and on. They also claim they have contracts or you can import your own. You can’t. And theirs is NOT a contract. Reminds me of a 2000 government website. Banks are horrible. 20%+ rates for 800 credit scores. Customer service is useless. They can’t do anything. Everyone tells you something different and they expect you to wait 3-6 months is when it might be fixed I was told. You can get their exact financing banks and tons of other 100% free from everywhere. Their system was suppose to be “streamlined” and save me time etc. has done nothing but take triple the time and still had to use my other software for contracts and invoices and quotes. They also have sales calling every week to sign me up even tho I was signed up for 2 months. It’s Idiotville there w zero communication between departments. There is zero Benefit and it’s thousands of dollars for a huge headache. They did refund my money today finally after threatening a lawsuit. They are selling BETA software and passing it off as finished. Several employees admitted it’s in beta mode still. What they say they’re selling is not what you get. Very poor service stay away!
Very poor service and lie about what they say and can do, and what really happens, requested refund several times. Also Paid for entire year, after request refund they now hang up on me! **Was told program would work with QuickBooks sales ( that was a lie) **Told they have great advertising (lie, basic stuff from publisher) and we had to request them after paying for the service. ** before purchasing we stated did not want to change from QuickBooks sales and if Hearth could be incorporated, they said yes, ( that was a lie) ** My lost should not be yours, stay away from Hearth.. not honest what they state or what you get. I’m sure they will remove this poor review if I leave it 1 star so that’s why it a 5 star, hope you don’t get scammed. If they are honest on there intentions, refund would not be an issue. there way out of problems, hang up when you don’t have a resolve and won’t offer refund to program that has not been used due to there lie to what system can doShow lessJim's Hearth Repair

After payment questions
After I send a customer the link for payment, it asks them to leave an internal Hearth review. These reviews go nowhere but yet I don't have the ability to remove this "feature". I don't want my customers leaving a review on the app, I want them leaving a review on Google or FB or any public space.YZ125motocross
