I Sign up with them and I regret Avery Dime their interest rates are way to high, none of my clients is willing to go with their lenders, and the service is Trashy.

Highly not recommend!
The interest rates are very high. I don’t feel comfortable to show our financing options to clients. Your sale process, marketing and legal protection are great but I am as a business owner has 0 values. Highly not recommend!Tiana Vys
Incompetent onboarding
My business is based out of Maryland.
I got phone calls and emails from Hearth employees asking me to sign up.
I sat through demos, read reviews, exchanged emails and phone calls with staff, and finally decided to sign up.
I went through the entire process of registering my Maryland business with Hearth. It was not until after I paid my subscription, forced my staff to sit through training classes, and downloaded the app onto all of our devices that I found out a crucial piece of information.
Hearth does not work in Maryland.
I only found this out when I was sitting at a customers kitchen table and got our application denied. I looked incompetent.
This company wasted a massive amount of my time. I got a refund from them but still... what a waste of my time. Why didn’t anyone during the onboarding process question my location in Maryland?Show lessHighVoltage900
Waste of time
I presented hearth to my customers as a means to be able to take on projects they didn’t have the cash to pay upfront with. Interest rates are through the roof, even with good credit. Customers were extremely mislead by their “pre qualified” offers as compared to what the companies actually presented them with. $300 per month quickly turned into $800, for example.
