The worst cycling company

Since bkool made the bike useless without a subscription it’s just a glorified clotheshorse. Do not recommend. I should have purchased an atom bike with a manual resistance control

Not a game

Book is great. A cycling app for cyclists that is ever improving. A user for 4 years and wouldn’t swap it. Whether you are training or just need to ride it works really well.

Custom Routes?

I enjoy the ‘pre-programmed’ rides, but can’t figure out how to ride the route on the app that I uploaded on the BKOOL site. Specifically, I’m trying to find ‘My Sessions’ on the app. Online videos say this is possible, but I can’t find it. Online help is useless.

Removed some of the functionality

I used to like the fact you could repeat your previous classes through your activity menu, however this seems to have disappeared with the latest update and it’s annoying to say the least that you have to go through the selection process each time you want to do a class

Needs an iPhone compatible Cycling app

Was excited to subscribe and participate in Giro d'Italia Virtual event and others (1 virtual ⭐️ for that); however following 2 days of setup and subscription activation, only learned THEN that BKOOL Cycling is ONLY iPad compatible. Soooo NOT Kool. I really don't appreciate needing to register for something only to not be able to use it abd have yet another unused profile lingering out there with personal deets ⚠️😖 . On the flipside though I appreciate that the website let me customize my data privacy options on most of what counts, so another virtual ⭐️ for respecting customer choice.

Had to cancel the premium sub since its not yet compatible with my gym equipment at the moment, which is a pity since the concept looks more motivating as both a training guide ⭐️with more accountability and opportunity for team / competition work ⭐️⭐️vs other apps which are very 1 v Virtuoso. If an iPhone version that also connects to my Watch and gym bike became avail, I'd hop on the BKOOL ride 🚵‍♀️for sure!

Can't do anything in the app, looks like have to buy to see anything.

Sensors won't pair

Sensors don't care as they do in the cycling app

Useless

Thought it would be good but the Apple Watch only synchs with the iPhone. The cycling only works with the iPad, so not really any use = useless.
Real shame.

Terrible App

Bkool not so kool. The app is limited , doesn’t allow you to see history , it’s needing fixed. I can’t get my Strava to pair up my Bkool , can’t get support from not so kool.

This need to be fixed.

The cycle routes etc are fine but the support and intervention are terrible.

I have done two cycles this week. App says no , web page says yes !!!!!!!!!
