SYSTM works with most Bluetooth-enabled trainers and fitness devices so you can train to personalized power, heart rate and cadence targets.
Other training apps set power targets based on a simple percentage of your sustained power (FTP). SYSTM uses a comprehensive 4DP® fitness test to calculate your Rider Type, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and measure what you’re capable of across 4 critical performance metrics: Neuromuscular Power (sprint power), Anaerobic Capacity (1-minute power), Maximal Aerobic Power (5-minute power), and FTP (20-minute power). Using 4DP®, SYSTM then tailors the power targets in your workouts so you get the most out of the time you have to train. You’ll work at the exact intensity necessary to get stronger and faster, without wasting a single pedal stroke.
Use the SYSTM Training Plan Stepper to configure your own easy-to-follow, comprehensive training plan for road, multisport, cyclocross, gravel, mountain biking, and eSports. Add yoga, strength training, and mental training to your plan for truly complete training. Every training plan is tailored to your fitness level and designed to deliver maximum gains with minimum time. Grounded in cutting-edge sports science and proven by victories in the most prestigious events in the world, SYSTM training plans deliver results.

Updates that enhance the stability of the product and ensure faster and more reliable performance
I’ve been a user ever since this app was released. I bought it for the cycling workouts and training plans which are great. However, the hidden gem of the app for me is the strength training, mobility, and yoga library of workouts. I’m in my 50s and have accumulated more than my share of injuries over the years (bike crashes, martial arts, knee problems from running). The library of workouts has mitigated the pain, strength, and flexibility impacts of those injuries down to a level I didn’t think was possible. The library doesn’t have CARs exercises specifically (which help with mobility) but I’ve found that I can adapt a number of the movements to make them effective CARs workouts. It sounds melodramatic but in some respects I actually feel 20+ years younger thanks to the app.
The app isn’t perfect, the video playback is buggy as is the calendar. However, the software is regularly updated so I assume/hope they will eventually get around to fixing/modernizing those functions.
