Does not even open

This app is so questionable it doesn’t even open it just stays on the logo loading screen.

Pointless

Why force the download of an app that needs personal information to be stored on another database to be able to see a ticket I purchased elsewhere!

As a customer irritating and very poor - if you are a club / event avoid as it looses customers

This is a dreadful app. Having to find a login online and then download is so poor. My airline tickets can download from my email to my apple wallet. Why do I need another APP. Then trying to get the app to find the online login is also a pain.
If you are a club I would strongly suggest that you do NOT use as this is actively making less likely to attend!!!

Utter rubbish

Log on hopeless. No doubt this thing makes money for someone but for the user all it does is add a pointless extra barrier to obtaining a ticket. Utter rubbish

I can’t enlargen the qr code, every time i try the app closes

Useless

The app crashes as soon as you click anything. Such a shame that I have to use the app for sidemen charity match as it doesn’t work.

Tap to Zoom

I just wanted to say that if you going to have an app with a QR code and pictures of the venue with a tap to zoom feature, the tap to zoom on the code and pictures should work without crashing the app.

App not user friendly or necessary

I just can’t understand why people keep making these apps when they already exist. The existing ones are already not great and this one is even worse. If you are going to reinvent the wheel, at least improve it.

It combines quick access to tickets directly from the first screen, with simple and secure ticket transfer and the ability to connect with friends. The app has also been optimised to provide fast entry into the venue. We think this is a very useful set of features, and hope you were able to take advantage of them when attending an event. App doesn’t work

Bought tickets on website. App is supposed to work with email and password used on website but it fails. What a waste of space. Such a simple tech error. Fire the CTO.

Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear of your experience. The TX.IS app works across multiple ticket platforms and venues, so requires it's own log in. This should have been made clear in the ticket emails you received, with our support team also available to assist if required. If you received information that said the email and password from the website works, then we'd be grateful if you could forward this to our support team on hello@tx.is. We can then investigate this and ensure it's corrected.
