Worked well
Used this for events at Twickenham and The Oval. Much quicker than opening pdf files on my phone and cheaper than printing tickets out. Have also sent tickets to my wife. Works well.

Crashed at the turnstile so I couldn’t get in!
Absolutely livid. This ap has ONE JOB to do - and it failed. Was irritated already at having to install and register then find my tickets when, as other reviewers point out, other e-ticketing solutions are quite adequate. Had the tickets ready and open as we approached the Alec Stuart gate at the Oval. I had 2 children with me and there was a 100 yard queue, so my temperature was already rising, but when we finally hit the front and approached the turn style, To my horror the app had blank-screened to the spinning wheel of ‘wait’. I then stood there with my boys in tears as the match started, others streamed past us, and I tried repeatedly to reboot the app. It took another 5 minutes to sort itself out. I expect something to do with the system or server being maxed out.

Thousands of people have used the app in the last week, but we haven't heard of this problem before (and the servers weren't overloaded) - which makes your feedback all the more important to us.
