  • Excellent service

    I completely love the this app as I can choose the plans to send to my kids at anytime . I just wished the was a school child plan .
  • Stolen top up

    I topped up my prepaid phone with $200 which meant that $177 should have gone to my account allowing me to access the cheapest prepaid 30-day plan. Instead, five minutes later when I checked my account balance, there was only $115 on the account. I had everything switched to off and I was on a free WiFi network. Where did the funds disappear to? Somehow it was depleted by Bmobile. How do I get this addressed and corrected?

  • App is good; service needs lots of improvement

    The app is very easy to use. However the value of service needs to be upgraded. Why I can subscribe for the monthly service yet data usage is capped off so I have to purchase a weekly plan in addition too it is ludicrous and suggests that all Bmobile management cares about is making more money and offering less value. Step your game up Bmobile!

  • Very good interface

    It was pretty simple to use the iPhone app to top up my service. One item of note: you should make it simpler to delete outdated forms of payment.

    This service is subpar. Needs to be upgraded. Bmobile cares little for their long standing customers and gives zero in terms of customer service.
  • 215 plan left out of renewal amounts

    I top up yo the 215 plan but you do not expose this plan for topping up; just the 99$ and the 315$ plan. You give no option for me to put the exact amount, so I’m always bound to put in more than I need please look at this for your rating to improve

    No other than words but simply, easy and reliable.
  • Dysfunctional app, useless customer service

    I have used etopuponline before and they had the audacity to keep auto debiting my account well after the product was discontinued by the related company. Now, they have an auto debit system that completes 2 out of 3 transactions and fails the last one. Customer service tells me it’s my bank’s fault; my bank begs to differ. Total morons.

  • Poor tech

    The app doesn’t respond to tapping on icons - and usually can’t go back to previous page. The app is precisely like the company- poor in every way.
