Useless app.
I downloaded this app in hopes that I would be able to get information about mobile packages. I was directed to download another app which took me to my browser. In the browser, the chat bot could not answer my question about available packages, and there were no humans available outside of their working hours of 08:15 - 16:00 (GMT-4) Monday - Friday.Show less🤦🏼♂️😠

This app appears to think I am in Jamaica. I’m not. I am in Dominica. But the app refused to let me change the country.
So after 60 seconds I gave up. And deleted the app without wasting any more of my time.
