This has alleviated my problem n hassle of trying to find a venue open to top up but why does my bank statement shows almost $60 deducted every time I use the top up? Am I paying for a middleman through this device?sexylaf

Why can’t I buy exactly what I need to purchase my plan. Every time my plan runs out before I have time to repurchase y’all take the extra money on my phone and then try to tell me that it was pulled and used by the data. That is not right, it’s a way to catch customers in my view. Give persons the right to buy exactly what is needed to purchase a plan. One week ago I purchased top up of $35, I was given free data for one day. On the next day when I left home my entire $35 credit went to zero I did not use my phone to make calls the day before because of the free data I use WhatsApp to make calls that day,what happened very disappointed very very disappointed. I tried calling several times but I could not get to speak to someone I would hate to have to leave the mobile and go to Digicel please don’t let me.Show lessEmayers20

The app is really an easier way to do your phone/data business as a traveler as well and it’s less intrusive as some of the local CR’s , please be mindful of the Taxes which are included in the Top-up amount in contrast to getting the value of the top-up…..Jack_Crackers
215 plan left out of renewal amounts
I top up yo the 215 plan but you do not expose this plan for topping up; just the 99$ and the 315$ plan. You give no option for me to put the exact amount, so I’m always bound to put in more than I need please look at this for your rating to improveRead or Hear
