Not working properly
Absolutely nightmare! Never streams smoothly. Most of the time cannot even connect to the camera. With all aspects considered, such as distance to modem, great speed, etc. All features suddenly turned to be available with subscription. Will never subscribe with this poor connection quality.
Horrible Over Priced Garbage.
Doesn’t do what we purchased it to do. There is such a large margin of errorwe regularly notice. Many times we receive notifications that there is “no movement“ when there is NO baby in the crib (including faulty alarms going off in the middle of the night when my baby is nursing in bed with me which wakes everyone up - completely counterproductive of what a baby monitor is intended for) and notifications that our baby has fallen asleep when he is not even in the room. These issues are unacceptable for the exorbitant price tag which we would pay if it worked as it should. Also, why is there no ability to have a screen within a screen when there is no physical monitor available??????This is not a new idea, and yet why has it escaped the notice of tech gurus? Basic IT stuff. If it is only available to view on a phone which has a million other necessary uses then it is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE I be able to see my baby while using other applications. I cannot have my phone as a designated baby monitor. On that note - why isn’t there a feature of being able to view the live feed on an Apple Watch? Or at least see the alarms or live breathing. For a $500 monitor plus $13/month what am I even paying for? Garbage technology with zero intuition and none of the basic level necessities (like screen within a screen or being able to play any other app/audio while the miku app is open) and faulty bells and whistles. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy
We bought the this monitor Feb 2023. Since then, the company went bankrupt and some scum of the earth bought the company so that they can start changing parents a monthly fee to make a quick buck. The app has only been updated once since then. It is slow and we constantly have issues with it now because no one cares to fix bugs or make the app function well. Do not buy.

Not worth it. Included features are now paid! Extortion
Bought this expensive monitor for the features that it included like sleep monitoring and breathing. Then at some point abruptly it was then not included and we are made to pay for the *services* stay away. Not worth it
Deserves a zero star rating
This app is always glitchy and I have to open it multiple times for it to work. The company was bought by some sort of sketchy business and doesn’t provide any support while now charging a subscription fee. I’m stuck with this horrible app, baby monitor and floor stand.
Stay away from that monitor !
It was great before the company was sold. Now all nice features are for suscribers only and what’s left is a glitchy and so slow basic camera. How they managed to turn everything so bad in a couple days is a mystery… I’ll look into canadian laws about customer protection when I get a minute because this shouldn’t be legal. So frustrating.

Do not buy the Miku baby monitor if you want to save yourself from 1000+ hours of frustration!!
This app is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying this baby monitor because it will turn into your worst investment. The company lured us new parents into buying the product by advertising live breathing tracking, lullabies and analytics of baby’s sleep. These features are no longer free as a monthly subscription has been introduced after the company was bought and on top of that, the app usually takes 4-6 minutes to load when my baby cries, which is absurd.
So, it’s basically a $500 baby monitor that is a hundred time worse than a $20 baby monitor.

Bait and Switch
Bought this very expensive monitor with the understanding live breathing etc. would be included. They have now introduced a monthly subscription for these features. Not ethical. Software is glitchy as well. False alarms very frequently.
