I’ve got 3 things to say.
One-I can’t get onto the food section and feed it.
Two-I can’t dress it up.
Three-It says to scan from the top but you have to scan it from an angle.
Therefore I believe it’s a cheep app for a techy toy.

Doesn’t scan
My 5 year old daughter got this for Christmas and was so excited to play with her puppy but it doesn’t scan 😡. I can see from other reviews other people have had the same problemFKH2
Fails to scan
A seriously disappointed parent and even more disappointed child.
The app fails to scan on iOS. This means that most of the use of this toy. Will have to return as faulty!Dook

Great when works
This app is great, when it scans. There’s not an instant blue ring every time you open the app and to scan the puppy. I tried for a solid 10 minutes and still no blue ring. Other times it will have a blue ring come up instantly. So frustrating for a boy of 8 who just wants to look after his puppy and not great for parents who get frustrated because the app will not work all the time and have an upset child. Please update this app to make it scan the puppy quicker and all the time when the app opens. Thank youShow lessMandeof5
Doesn’t work on Apple
Had a very excited son on Christmas Day when he received his Teksta. Downloaded the app to use with it but the blue circle needed for scanning never appears. Very disappointing! Please sort this out.Ceej78
