Disappointing
The app should have the ability to scan the puppy so you can play with it. It doesn't scan. It does show, when opened first, that your puppy is sick and has a virus. But since the scan doesn't work, you can not help your puppy. Little boy was in tears all morning....not the reaction I had hoped for when giving him this gift. Terrible... hard to explain to a child why it won’t work!
My son was so excited about his new puppy.
When we then saw the app to do more, we downloaded it so that he could do all the AR stuff.
However!!!
All we get is a black screen and we can’t interact with the puppy via the app at all.
Don’t advertise Apple Store as your main app if you can’t even get it to work with the phone’s camera.

Doesn’t work
I turned on the app excited for the hole game and I said allow access to camera but for some strange reason it shows a black screen with all the things u would use in the app (if it WAS working) I tried deleting the app and downloading it again and it still didn’t work so I really hope u will reply to my review and tell me what I can do 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😩😫😩😫😢😢😨😰😭😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤Show lesscrzygamergirl
