Horrible black screen
Waste of time
Disappointing
The app should have the ability to scan the puppy so you can play with it. It doesn't scan. It does show, when opened first, that your puppy is sick and has a virus. But since the scan doesn't work, you can not help your puppy. Little boy was in tears all morning....not the reaction I had hoped for when giving him this gift. Please fix the app, so he can fix his puppy.

App wonโt scan
Just shows a black screen when trying to scan! My daughter is upset now
Terrible... hard to explain to a child why it wonโt work!
My son was so excited about his new puppy.
When we then saw the app to do more, we downloaded it so that he could do all the AR stuff.
However!!!
All we get is a black screen and we canโt interact with the puppy via the app at all.
Donโt advertise Apple Store as your main app if you canโt even get it to work with the phoneโs camera.
Come on guys.

Doesnโt work
