  • DJI watch out!

    Since the latest update in early December of 2018 this app has ironed out its wrinkles really well. The in-app purchases for Follow Me & Flight Plan are well worth the few dollars for them both! With ease of use better than DJI, Parrot is a company to keep an eye on, especially with the release of the Anafi.

  • Parrot ANAFIbdrone

    Drone will connect and fly using my iPhone 6 but the camera does not connect.

    Hello, We apologize for any inconvenience. Kindly try the following instructions: Please save the pictures and videos from your Anafi on a Computer or Mac or a laptop. Then reset the Anafi by pressing on the power button for few seconds until it restarts itself. After that reconnect it with your Freeflight 6 application and re-calibrate the Anafi drone and camera. If the issue still happens please send us few pictures of it and a short video showing us what happens with the camera's gimbal.     I love the Anafi.., and the Freeflight 6 app is really good as far as I can tell. My only complaint is not being able to purchase follow me or flightplan. I have an iPhone 7+ and those two 99 cent purchases are greyed out with no functionality.

  • Unable to register

    I downloaded the latest version for my Anafi and cannot get passed the newsletter opt in screen. It just show message error failed. I’m using iPhone 7+ with latest iOS version.
  • Needs fixing

    I downloaded FreeFlight 6 and everything was fine until I went into create an account. Every time I tried to make a pilot username, put in my email and password, etc the app would keep on popping up with ‘Error’ and would not let me move onto the next stage. I don’t know why this was happening but it needs to be fixed.

  • This drone is really going places.

    I am rapidly preferring this to my Mavic 2 Pro. So nimble, quiet and a fool-proof app for beginners.
  • Last update has issues

    Hello, with the past update I have been having a problem with video feed connection. Randomly the video feed will go black, no static just black. I still have telemetry and can control the Anafi but the video feed is black. This happens occasionally during app start up, switching to HDR, and during Flight Plan. Please fix ASAP or allow a firmware roll back. Thanks

  • The updates and the drone

    So during a recent update, the drone suddenly refused to connect with the controller or my phone. When I try to turn it off, the button does nothing, so I had to remove the battery. None of the resets worked. I haven’t had a single crash and I’ve taken care of it. I use iPhone 8 and it worked before. I can’t refund it because parrot excludes software and it’s defects. What happened? Was it the app or a drone malfunction?

  • Videos won’t work on Facebook

    I can not show my videos on Facebook they upload but never play properly it looks like it’s zoomed in to the size of a few pixels it’s very frustrating as now I don’t even bother showing videos I just take stills
