    The app crashes instantly when trying to connect to the airframe.
  • Needs improvement but a solid app

    Please add the option for mph and a better understanding of what Wi-fi band mean on the wave graph since the Anafi manual does not provide any information on what any of it means. I don’t understand whether a high or low wave graph means better connect and less interference or the other way around, please add color to the graph as well, red and green. Please also add multiple custom flight profiles other than just film and sport so we can switch to a profile that’s in between the two. Thank you!

    Waste My 3 Hours to connect with IPhone XS Max still not successful . No Help and Support. No contact No. ok website to call for immediate help.
  • Can’t login still

    Another update, but still can’t login.

    Been through all your help desks and support and Email addresses, before you add the normal response, but no one can resolve.

    If you register online, you’ll never be able to log into the app and visa versa.

  • Ex DJI Guy...

    I have almost every DJI Drone, Phantom 1,2,3 Mavic Pro, Spark, Mavic Air, and others and I really enjoy this app, the layout is amazing, I’m sure you can get better stuff, I also had Yuneec H, I love this app sorry but I do, I’m glad I got the Anafi, and this app just made me happy.. I’m 58 and it just fits and I’m a private pilot so maybe that helps but well designed

  • Updates 😡

    I have just returned from a week long trip to France where I was looking forward to using my drone. To cut down on weight I didn’t bring the controller. I made sure the software was up to date before flying out.

    I got my drone out ready to use, and the app said it needed to update the drone before I could use it. I was halfway up a mountain at the time. To make it worse I couldn’t even update it later as I needed the controller to do so.

    This is not the first time this has happened- the frequent updates are good- the fact that you can’t use the drone until you have is not. Why isn’t there an option to update later? It pretty much makes the drone unusable as the updates are so frequent I can’t predict when they are going to be.

    The app itself could be streamlined (on the homepage) but isn’t too bad. The downloading of pictures also needs improving.

    that SD card error is bck

    They removed the FORMAT from the app!

    Now there is NO way to fix card error

    Even formatting in your computer won’t fix it!

    Don’t update!
  • A breath of fresh air

    Obviously I’m comparing with dji! Their customer support drove me to Ananias. The drone and software have been flawless for me. Absolutely intuitive and performs exceedingly well. only criticism of the the package is that it warns of losing signal very early sometimes, materially not an issue because I’m not a cowboy seeking to give drones a bad name by flying beyond visual range anyway.

  • Amazing app. Don’t understand the negative reviews

    Not sure why this is getting low stars. Are people THAT mad because you have to pay $.99 for a couple of flight modes. Sure I’d love for them to be free but you just spent $700 on a drone. What’s $2? Order a water at lunch instead of a soda. Maybe it’s the DJI sheep hating on Parrot. Oh well. They can fly a crappy machine if they want.

    App is extremely intuitive but deep at the same time. The ONLY thing I can say semi-negative about the Anafi is the memory card storage slot. This is well documented. This is the only change they need to make to this machine. Everything else including the app is perfect.
