Ripping me off
When I first bought my drone I used flight plan for free in the free flight 3 app. Now they want 20$ for a feature that I should already havefleeced4twenty
Great App, Very high quality drone
This drone is exceptionally good with high quality images and very high quality 4K video. The app connects very well except for a small issue in updating when I first got it. It has worked perfectly since. Great auto features and worth paying for them to keep the overall cost down if you don’t need them. The Anafi is an amazing drone, VERY fast and precise and for the $, it is very good. Highly Recommended.Show lessRealityNotMe
Deception
After installing FreeFlight, on iPad it work for the first flight. But since the second flight the FreeFlight6 app doesn’t work. I have the following message :We encounter a problem with you drone, please contact customer service. I am waiting for customer service answer since more than 10 days......
On Android the thermal camera doesn’t work. I have just RGB images
Can anyone help me for these problems?

One step forward, two steps back.
V6.6.0. The FPV option is a welcome addition but in this latest version a user selectable white balance while in HDR mode, essential for serious video/photo use, is no longer available.Nidgeee
Easy to use
I’ve been using the app with the Anafi for six months now and have found it easy to use with everything you need laid out clearly as far as a small screen will allow.
*UPDATE LATEST VERSION*
App crashes frequently. Impossible to use safely. Cannot fly Anafi until this problem is resolved. Shoddy work from Parrot.Show lessLordOtter
Worst customer service ever!!!
The app has been faulty since the latest iOS update 13.2. Tried contacting support but they wouldn’t help at all, they also closed my case 2 times without a solution

Great but one thing
So I’m am amateur flyer and don’t have the best place to do pre flight calibrations. If there is a way I haven’t found it but a way to level the horizon mid flight would be great. Other than that no complaints and look forward to updatesJonesydgb
Keeps crashing.
Not what you want from a drone app. It worked fine at first but after uninstalling and reinstalling to remove an error it hasn’t worked properly since. Crashes when any of the buttons on the bottom of screen are pressed.

The key to a great app is not just feedback it’s acting on the feedback I’ve had my drone since the month it came out, the app was not perfect but had potential. Since then the app has had loads of updates that takes it into the realms of a brilliant app this latest update I can use my iPad and no lag...the main thing you have over Dji is this app, and other things the drone does ie hdr and so on. I hope soon you will at least give us 2.7 at 60fps...then it will be a beast, if 4K .....sales will go up super fast...please put it in that’s the cherry on the cake....once again great App Dev teamShow lessAeon too free
