I have tried many different apps trying to find a good way to keep track of my chores and for the longest time I could not find an app that does what list maker does. It makes doing my chores and tasks around the house way more fun. The amount of pride I take after checking off a circle is a bit over exaggerated, but whatever. :)CaliSurfer3000
Doesn’t work well with large lists
This app doesn’t work well with large lists. Switching from All Items to Pending Items with a large list grinds the app to a halt. Scrolling pending items after switching the view on a large list is buggy and jittery. There’s not an easy way to quickly find items in a large list, just lots of scrolling.
The developer is also completely unresponsive. After several months of using the premium version of the app, the iCloud sync stopped working between my devices. The developer was no help - didn’t even reply even though the primary support mechanism for the app is email.
The best feature for me is the ability to specify quantities on items, but the app’s other failings tend to outweigh that. I’m on the lookout for a better app now.Adam-4512
Been looking for three months
I had been looking for several months for a good to do/list making app. I had given up then I found this app. The apps I had tried before had a lot of premium things you had to buy. Though this app has premium, which I did have not gotten, doesn’t recommend it constantly and it does not restrict your lists. I have made four lists. Though I have not made a lot of lists while I have had this app I have found it extremely useful. 100% recommend getting.AWFUL+WASTE OF TIME

This app is basic and keeps it simple. Perfect for a daily or even weekly to do list. Create the task then cross it off as you complete it. Create multiple lists and keep yourself on track. Make it easy on yourself.JRT12182
Good but...
I’d definitely pay the extremely reasonable price if they included a way to show the cost of items so I could keep track of how the price is changing.
Would also love to have way to see what date an item was last checked so I can keep track of how often I’m buying items or cleaning something.jonijos
Nice but..
I’ve using the app (“premium”) for a while for a grocery list, and I would like to suggest some features that would be helpful:
- Keep screen on (prevent lock or something similar). It is annoying having to unlock the screenshot every time while you are shopping (and using a face mask).
-Search for items. Basic.
-Control of duplicates. Made my fist list to realize that I had duplicates under different categories.
-Check items by sliding your finger left or right. Is quick, convenient and easy.
-Let me sort for pending items, no matter the category they belong to within a list.

Custom reminder sounds? 😔
I have been downloading, trying & deleting other similar apps trying to find a good app for organizing my household & outdoor duties and FINALLY I have found what I'm looking for in this app. The biggest pros are of course the emoji enabled tags 👀 and also how you can break down tasks within a category. My only complaint is not being able to customize the alert sounds so it sounds just like all the other generic alerts from Apple (like Apple news etc). It's not a deal breaker but would be nice to be able to distinguish from generic alerts. Hopefully you'll look into this as I'm a paying customer now hehe, keep up the good work! 🙌Jen.Beam

After having tried four other apps, this one is simple to use with a format I can create as what works for me. Easy to add items and check off before I go to the store and uncheck as I go. I love this easy to use, no 20 questions or stumbling over non essential steps, and easy to use! You guys are the best. Definitely worth it!Barbara 01701
Not helpful
I’ve used this app for a few months and paid for the premium version. The app is awkward and not at all easy to use and doesn’t function properly when I’m trying to use it. Would not recommend unfortunatelyqtbinwa
