One of my most used apps, keeps my shopping lists all in one place.
Long time user and still hasn’t fixed basic things
I’ve used this app for years and there are still basic technical things that haven’t been fixed. I know I could just get a different app but it’s too far gone at this point lol.
My main issue is the app often “syncs” and if you’ve entered groceries or to do’s during that syncing time, it won’t remember what you’ve added, and will automatically delete the items. Almost every time I use the app, I have to enter items multiple times before it actually logs it in the lists. This is obviously frustrating because I’m supposed to be using the app to help me remember my to do list, but if it doesn’t sync correctly, then I’ve lost what I wrote down.
Also, it has recently started sorting to-do lists alphabetically. This update makes no sense to me because why would you want that? I order my to do lists in the order I want to get them done, not alphabetically. It also doesn’t let you manually order them so even if I tried to move them around, they auto correct to alphabetically.

Thanks for your patience! We’ve addressed the to-do list issue, and the fix is now available in the latest update. Update your app, and your lists should be back to how you want them.
