App Crashes

Tried the app on 3 different IPhone’s 2 are 12’s and 1 is a 8. All 3 do the same thing, boots to a gray screen then shuts down!

App doesn’t work

I have the most updated iPhone and the app won’t even stay open. It opens to a gray screen and closes down. What a waste.

WOW WOW WOW. The new update looks amazing! With new mini games, graphics, and everything it’s so exciting to see and play.

Lots of fun with letter learning

I’ve been using this app for 3 months now. My 8 year old enjoys playing the games, and his letter sound confidence has grown tremendously because of it. He has been more willing to read aloud in class because of his new confidence. But its the 3 year old who asks to play! He knows to follow the star, and try the letters that come up in each game. He can name all 26 now, and almost half of the sounds he can recognize. The playset is a huge hit with him as well.

This app is one I happily let my children use their ‘screen time’ for.

My 4 Year Old Loves It

My son loves it and it is better than other options with annoying music or non-educational games. I have not had the crash issues. He’s used it for about a year now and is really liking the latest update!

Great learn to read application

My son loves playing all the games. He’s truly benefited from them and has started to read three letter words with ease. He’s also very into building out his home and garden with items he earn. He loves being able to pick the game and keeps returning to play them.

Great Update!

This new update is great! So many learning areas for my kids to explore and they really like to play and learn from this app. I recommend!

Missing stars and codes

We use the Square Tales books and there are a number of stars listed under some of the practice sections that do not show up when working through the app. This causes the book to not be “finished” even though we’ve done everything available. I’ve attached a screenshot of the stars page showing the empty star. When I tap on the specific word, it just goes to the next word in line and doesn’t show the missing word.

We also just started on set 5 and there are no QR codes in the back of the book. This is one of the main reasons my son likes to read these.

Hello Keen, We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the confusion and understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We've looked into this and wanted to share additional information - since its release, the QR code is no longer offered starting with Set 5 of SquareTales. The app (where the star feature is located) is under development to remake that feature(the new version of the app3.0 is on the release soon). In addition, we've turned the activities originally offered into downloadables. Please send us an email support@squarepanda.com and we will share the downloadables with you.

My son loves these guys!

Full disclosure, I spy on my son while he’s playing learning games like this. I consistently hear him laughing with “Pan and Cam!” He asks for them by name! Super fun!!
