Doesn’t work
App does not load.
Loved the game till today’s update
This game was great and my 5year old loved it, until it updated today. Now it doesn’t load properly and we can’t see anything. The background is colored but everything in front is black. Can’t even play it
Not flexible
My son loves the program and the app. We were excited to try Square Tales with the print books. He is advanced beyond the first set, so I asked that they send the remaining sets sooner so that we could monopolize on his interest in the program right now. They refused, so the only option I feel like I have is to cancel, because he will be way too far advanced in another two months, five months, and eight months. We are sad.

Has issues but love it
The app keeps closing and turning off the board, when it works it is amazing. I hope the fix the glitches soon my daughter really enjoys this app and board
App Crashes
All of the applications crash. I want my kid to be able to play, but a few clicks into any games and it takes him back to the start menu. I was excited and willing to pay for the full games, but I wouldn’t waste my money knowing the free versions don’t work. I want my money back for the wasted cost of the letter board and letter set. I’m m highly disappointed.

All apps not showing
I have two android tablets for each of my kiddos, and one tablet all the games show, but on the other tablet they don’t, there is no difference in the tablets other than the size. Now I own an iPhone and iPad, and the only game that shows is this one, none of the others, so how do I locate all the other ones on both my Apple products and the other android tablet?

Lagging
All of the apps are lagging. They connect with the playset, and then it kicks us out. The app and firmware have been updated.
App doesn’t work
The app freezes and the games never load. I’ll send the game board back soon if the problem isn’t fixed.
Love it for the most part
We really like the apps and games my son is in first grade be very behind in reading and language. So this app and play set really help him and he enjoys it. I gave it a 3 because there are a few things that could make it better. 1 if all the games were in the same app not 11 different apps makes switching games not a smooth as it could be. 2 I can’t get his name to come up in the lagoon even though I’ve add it to his word list. 3 sometimes the apps are glitchy and not smooth he gets frustrated sometimes. But most for the most part he enjoys it

DO NOT BUY
Bought this off of Amazon thinking it would be great for homeschool, but none of the apps will open far enough to even play the game. Returning the game board and deleting the apps!
