The absolute worst auction app. Ever!
This super clunky app will drive you crazy with lag. The navigation is poor. Usability is nonexistent. Aside from being aesthetically challenged it also fails to do what is promised It never remembers login details. Or struggles to login at all. This is a shame as I’d really like to purchase a car thru Pickles, but this app makes it impossible. Please just copy the grays online app.

Ridiculous
I’ve had this app on my phone for a couple of months now. It’s the third time I’ve tried to use- open it. I’m a user of the online pages, yet I can’t seem to login on this app.
App freezes
I have bid on 5 auctions, three of which have frozen while bidding ☹️☹️I have contacted them & it was explained that the bidding is monitored remotely then phoned through to the auctioneer to bring down hammer!!! So antiquated 🤔🤔The app goes into overload, not a good system.
What a stupid car auction
Over priced with gst not including rwc and there are mor problems hidden so good luck for you who have won the car.
You won’t get the car even you won it if the bidding price not reach what they want then they will pass it or refer so why don’t you just start from the price which you expect to sell? Lol

This app is impossible
You literally get sent in a circle from the app to website and back, you have to go online to register, then go back to the app and it still says I need to register, I tried 6 months ago and again now, still no improvement
Is this the worst app ever?
It would take a lot of programming effort to make an app so bad!
Constantly freezing, having to login multiple times whilst desperately trying to access different areas and register for auctions. And no, it’s not my phone. It’s anything but ideal, but you’re better off to access auctions through their website with your browser.

Not user friendly
They have a web site and buying app, disjointed no flow between the two can’t just go on and bid, I have registered for an auction on the web site, go back to the app and it says I need to register… I go back to the web site and it says I have registered, go back to the app and it says I need to register…. WHAT THE!!!!!

Terrible Buying Workflow
I’m actually a little shocked around how badly this app has been setup for such a large auctions house. Why have an app when you need to spend most of your time logged in on the online webpage to view upcoming auctions, and then register to be able bid on particular lots in the app, it seems very counterintuitive. Do yourselves a favour Pickles, check out Graysonline App, you’ll be embarrassed thereafter i.e. theirs you can bid on any auction you want within the app (no seperate online registration), you can view search auctions/lots within the app ect.

Doesn’t work
I’ve read some bad reviews...they go back for many months. Has anything been done to fix this. Why would you sell a car through pickles if this app doesn’t allow users to log on. The webpage works with my password, so why wouldn’t this app...? Downloading this app will mean 20 mins of your life you won’t get back.

Absolute Joke. Can’t login can’t bid.
What an absolute joke your app and your website is. Can view all lots fine on the main website. ANY traffic at all and you will be booted from bidding area and be unable
to log back in. Don’t even bother with Pickles unless you drive to their live auctions, in which case you will get an absolute bargain because no one online can place a bid.
