Unusable

Can’t use. App freezes when opening and I can’t interact with anything. Is there a fix or update for this? I have seen this problem reported for at least a year.

Thanks for reaching out. We've made updates in the past year to help with various app issues or improvements, including the app freezing or crashing. We recommend deleting/reinstalling the app and making sure it's fully updated. Ok when it works

Freezes a lot when you open it. Sometimes closing and restarting helps, but you’re better off on the website

Fantastic APP

I want to thank the folks at “10K A Day” APP. Because of their app it gave us a great challange with a large group of coworkers which was more fun and enjoyable. We had a fantastic competition and a great time. Because of this challange my daily steps have increased significantly. The App has many ways to cheer your coworkers on and compete. Great job.

Terrible

I’m supposed to be tracking my steps to get a discount on my health insurance and this is the app I’ve been told to use but it keeps freezing up and I have no idea if it’s even recording anything. Very frustrating

Doesn’t work

I logged into the app and the Home Screen appears but is simply frozen (doesn’t respond to any touch commands). App is completely non-functional. I have an iPhone 11 with up to date OS.

Sync issues

You need to open the app daily in order for your activity/steps to sync. It will track your steps when the app is not open, but not send any of this information over, leaving you with no credit.

Lesson learned the hard way as I’ve missed deadlines for wellness programs multiple times despite having documented activity.

I'm sorry for the frustration you experienced. At this time, there isn't a way for us to receive your step data without opening the 10K-A-Day app, but I will pass this over to our team for review. Please note there is a backlogging limit in place in case you need to record steps from earlier in the campaign.

Locks up, totally useless

First, the app is not intuitive as Rally. Statistics are very weak. Secondly, the last half dozen times that I have open the, it comes up “Retry” failed to load. The app opens and nothing is responsive on iPhone XR. A pitiful app to track steps on. My company could and has done much better.

Never works.

I only downloaded this app to track my steps for a work challenge. So far it has been terrible. Most of the time when I open it there is no response like the app is locked up. I close it, delete it, and reinstall... same old same old. No response. I cannot use it at all. When we started the walking challenge early March, the app wouldn’t sync to me apple health. I’m so tired of having tracking apps that won’t even open.

No password recovery instructions in app

Steps erased and will no longer sync with fitbit

App changed my steps to 0 on two random days and now will no longer sync with Fitbit. The app worked for 4 days.
