Thanks for reaching out. We've made updates in the past year to help with various app issues or improvements, including the app freezing or crashing. We recommend deleting/reinstalling the app and making sure it's fully updated. If the app still crashes, you can reach out to us using the Help link on the log in page, or by clicking the Help link in the footer of the site so we can troubleshoot directly with you.

Sync issues
Lesson learned the hard way as I’ve missed deadlines for wellness programs multiple times despite having documented activity.

I'm sorry for the frustration you experienced. At this time, there isn't a way for us to receive your step data without opening the 10K-A-Day app, but I will pass this over to our team for review. Please note there is a backlogging limit in place in case you need to record steps from earlier in the campaign.

Steps erased and will no longer sync with fitbit
