Easy to navigate I wish I could send a payment through bill payer anytime! It is frustrating when you log in an you need to change the date of payment because it is after banking hours! Everything is 24/7 why can’t my bill payer be also?
Using since beginning of pandemic…
Being in business for myself, I used to go to the credit union around 3 days a week. Since the beginning of the pandemic I’ve been using the app to deposit checks, move money between accounts, and make payments. It’s very convenient - a great time saver. And I haven’t had any technical problems! As a computer support person, I’ve been gratified at the security built into the app. Thoughtfully developed, well-implemented app.

Management Issues
Managing and organizing my accounts can be difficult and not even worth the effort.
I’ll accidentally hold my thumb on my main checking account too long trying to scroll and the app will freeze, and after I have to restart it every time the main account will somehow be at the bottom of the list, when I wanted it at the top as the first one I see. It should be easier to organize and move it back to the top but most of the time it’s really not worth the annoyance.
Grouping my checking and savings account into their own folders makes it easier, so that’s nice, but with almost any other financial app I have this is the least user-friendly which is why it gets 3 stars.

Moved to Florida, still my bank
FMFCU app is always improving, intuitive & user-friendly. We move to Florida in 2017, and still do all our banking with this app. They even have affiliate credit unions here if there is anything you couldn’t do with the app. The tech support & customer service are top notch!
FMFCU mobile app
For some reason it’s not working like it use to. I always loved it but now it keeps logging off for some reason. I go to do a transaction and I’m just about done and it logs me out. I don’t know what is going on. They must of made some changes cause it’s working now. I love the app it so convenient and easy to understand.

Franklin Mint Bank app Review
This Franklinmint app. really helps me keep track of my finances. I really appreciate the time they put into it. I can always look at what I purchase what’s been withdrawn and if someone is trying to scam my account and I thank you for that.

FMFCU is the best!
I’ve been with FMFCU a long time. It’s the best in Pennsylvania! Great customer service, great hours, a lot of good locations for walk-in, ATM and drive-thru service. All the services it offers - car loans, student scholarships, personal loans, cd’s, children accounts and much more! I sometimes forget it’s a credit union and not a full fledge bank! It’s community oriented and it’s serves our community well!

Liking the improvements...
I enjoy the app. It comes in handy when making quick transactions, checking balances and other transactions. Works well. The ONLY thing I wish could be different is moving the accounts around the screen. As in, which account is displayed first, second etc. When I go to click to transfer money around and hold the button too long, it moves the accounts all around.

FMCU App and Website Is Always Down
I don’t know what’s been going on with the app lately but it’s been very slow. As soon as I attempt to log in, it stays on the loading accounts page, almost indefinitely or it freezes and showcases my accounts in a unsynchronized order. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app once already and it’s messing up again. Then I try to log in via the desktop version of the site from my phone and apparently, I can’t do that either. It freezes on the app, too. FMFCU needs to get their website and their app in order. This is ridiculous. There’s not even a number on the back of your debit card to call into your account to simply check your balance.
