I use the free version and never have issues, it’s simply another way for clients to get ahold of you, and you can customize it like crazy. You definitely don’t need the paid version, I’ve never heard anyone complain about watermarks as they aren’t extremely abrasive or in your face on this app. Overall would be great for any service your provide and saves a good bit of time. Plus, sometimes you forget to ask those basic questions like are you above 18, on here you have a confirmation every time, and everything is neat and displayed effectively and efficiently to the point it can fit on my phone. Overall a great app, and will make you look more professional! Would recommend

Jotform is an amazing product!!
Jotform helped me launch my business. For the past couple of years I’ve been trying to set up a website but that takes time and I’ve never had that. You do still have to spend time in Jotform creating your forms, but they make it pretty easy to understand and they have tons of templates to use. Once you make one form that has all of the info you want, you can reuse that form many other ways and just put a few simple modifications to it to make many other forms. I love the pay option and how smooth the process of collecting money to receiving it in your PayPal is. Jotform has been a game changer for me!

EDIT: After two months of Jotform’s incompetent technical and customer service team telling me they were working on recovering my data, they told me today that no one told them to recover this information and so no one was actually working on this. I have had to ask Jotform over and over for my data, only to be met with runarounds and copy-and -paste replies. They have now, today, told me that the data is irrecoverably lost, which they could have told me two months ago.
Don’t rely on Jotform surveys. Half the time, they produce errors that prevent participants from completing the survey. The rest of the time, the survey will fail to even record the data. I published a survey this week that includes a number of questions with sliders, but I am getting no data whatsoever in the summaries about the questions with sliders. Where is this data? This is the second MAJOR issue I've had with slider questions. In a previous incarnation of this survey, I had all slider questions as required, but when I tested out these questions, I would get errors for every slider question. Your support team gave me a number of "workarounds," including completely redoing my multiple surveys or setting these slider questions to not required, which is ridiculous, since it is perfectly reasonable to expect to set a question to required. I tried redoing the surveys but had the same result. Your support team then told me multiple times that the problem had been fixed, but it was never fixed (I'm still waiting on the last promise to fix the issue, which I haven't received a response to.). Ultimately, I gave up and set the slider questions to "not required," but now I can't seem to get any data whatsoever on these questions, and the survey has already been sent out. I can't send it out a second time. So how do I get this data? I'm honestly shocked at the number of problems I have had with this website, which seems incredibly janky and unprofessional.

Easy to use, has all the bits needed to get a great result on the standard package,, easy access to submissions and sending them on to others. New user, but happy and excited to see what else I can do with this app
