Really great app I love it… good for all kinds of business and especially good for sole traders and independent business owners looking to collect reviews and feedback along with other vital key information gathering a business, sole trader or company might need to use to collect data and information. It’s great i am glad this app exists!

Requires access to all your device’s photos
Most apps will allow you to choose from selected photos rather than have to grant access to your whole photo library. This is important when using a personal phone for work. This app currently does not.
Banned
Update: Jotform quickly responded to the review I left below. They were very helpful in resolving my issue. I am updating my review to four stars. Their customer service was great, but because I was banned from the site I had no way to reach them. Their response here sent me to a Facebook page where I found an email address. I suggest a courtesy email when someone is banned so they can easily resolve any issues. Thanks, Jotform!
Wow, Jotform! Just wow! I am a 60+ year old woman that moved back to her hometown to start over after going through a flood. I am well known here having run a music teaching business years ago. I used Jotform to set up registration forms for new students. Jotform has banned my IP address because they think I’m running a phishing scam. I’m just trying to earn a living. And there is no way to contact them for someone banned from the site. I do not recommend using this company.

Janky & unreliable
Don’t rely on Jotform surveys. Half the time, people can’t finish filling them out because of website errors. And the rest of the time, the survey will fail to record the data.
I published a survey this week that includes a number of questions with sliders, but I am getting no data whatsoever in the summaries about the questions with sliders.
Where is this data? This is the second MAJOR issue I've had with slider questions. In a previous incarnation of this survey, I had all slider questions as required, but when I tested out these questions, I would get errors for every slider question. Your support team gave me a number of "workarounds," including completely redoing my multiple surveys or setting these slider questions to not required, which is ridiculous, since it is perfectly reasonable to expect to set a question to required. I tried redoing the surveys but had the same result. Your support team then told me multiple times that the problem had been fixed, but it was never fixed (I'm still waiting on the last promise to fix the issue, which I haven't received a response to.).
Ultimately, I gave up and set the slider questions to "not required," but now I can't seem to get any data whatsoever on these questions, and the survey has already been sent out. I can't send it out a second time. So how do I get this data?
I'm honestly shocked at the number of problems I have had with this website, which seems incredibly janky and unprofessional.

I love Jotform!
My fiend recommended Jotform for me I am super tiny just started selling lotions, and Etsy was taking my profit and I really was so upset with the large amounts that I quit Etsy all together! I was not sure I wanted to use anything online anymore because I was terrified of my sale earnings being taken from me, but my friend recommended me Jotform and I love that they don’t take anything form your sales earnings, you just have to pay monthly app fee which is way better than sale earnings! At least I know exactly what I will pay when every month and it’s affordable! 🥹

Jotform is Awesome
I was searching for specific things I needed a form to do that other form platforms do not do. But Jotform does it well. I built a form that fills a very important role in our business. Jotform is now my form app of choice.
