Let’s just start off by saying I love Setmore it’s easy to use on all my devices. But I just feel like I’m missing something. I’m a photographer, I looked up booking app and website on google and Setmore kept popping up and I just gave it a go and absolutely fell in love with the app. I kept setting everything up, and I just felt like I was missing something. It’s booking friendly, but I just wish It is photographer friendly, like offer forms like quotes, invoices, contracts, questionnaires, and just other types of forms. If possible if we can have like a tab where we can just make a quick 123 website instead of having to use all these integrations. Another thing I won’t to mention is having the option to make as many policies for my business on Setmore with out being limited to how many characters are being used, and also being able to have the option to slap Logo on almost anything or create projects. I really been thinking about upgrading, and I really want to upgrade to premium and give you my money, but I’m hesitant. I normally don’t leave reviews on apps but I really like this one. Used to be easy to use…
After the latest update they changed the calendar view and I can’t see all my daily or weekly appts without having to scroll both up and down numerous times while speaking with a customer about my open time slots. Also now you have to open more windows or click more times to see the info on your customer and jobs. For some reason they couldn’t leave the best part of the app alone and now they’re just like all the rest so I’m looking for another app after 4 years with this one. I’d give this 0 stars if possible because they’re going to change everything you like about the app, it’s just a matter of time. The developers can’t stand not changing things up. (Screwing up what works!) The calendar view they had and ease of seeing what you need is what made this app work for people on the go. Now it’s a no-go! Too bad they screwed the whole thing up. Unfortunately, developers don’t own small scheduling businesses so they don’t understand what we go through…or don’t care!!!!!Show lessjay's google business review

The update for this app on mobile is absolutely abysmal. The 3 day view now is bloated, stretched, and much harder to read. To set an appointment it is now overly complicated, crowded, messy and confusing. It was far more stream lined and user friendly before this update. It’s a shame that so many developers don’t actually prioritize the user experience. I wish my app had never auto updated. It has disrupted my flow and made it harder to see what I have for any given day because I have to scroll for 40 frickin years now on 3 day view. I had to change to the daily view and that is also terrible. It is no longer easy to see, at a quick glance, what my day looks like. Very disappointing.
