Promising but unreliable

Kind of regretting my decision to buy a year subscription. Video quality is great when it works, but app is buggy and streams are very glitchy. Haven’t been able to use for past couple of weeks since latest app update without problems. Have had to go back to streaming on Facebook until they get things sorted out. Would be nice to have features like chat so I can get feedback on stream quality in game. GUI could use a lot of work to be more user friendly.

Error Broadcasting

I’ve been using the app to broadcast for 2 years now and just recently it’s giving me the error “unable to start broadcast. Check internet connection” I made sure my phone is up-to-date, tried turning it off turning it on, I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, I even tried making a new account, and nothing is fixing the problem.

I tried from multiple telephone devices on cellular data, and or Wi-Fi, I even tried on an iPad and still nothing. I emailed customer support and have yet to hear anything back from them so their customer support honestly gets a one star review from me. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because I really enjoy the broadcasting interface for sports events and haven’t had many issues up until now.

Just purchased, first broadcast ruined

I just purchased this today. Perfect wi-fi, and into a a 2-2 game it goes off saying can’t broadcast. Asked me to check internet. I tried everything, even resetting the app, resetting my phone, and three hours later with a new wi-fi, it still says “Failed to set up broadcast. Check your internet connection and try again. By the way, we won 3-2 in the finals and nobody saw it. Wrote SeasonCast and they haven’t responded.

Save to camera roll does not work and support won’t respond

Trying to save to camera roll doesn’t work and support won’t respond with ideas to help. This is the third time I have had this issue. I can get high definition files to save. I have plenty of room on my phone and I have rebooted my phone too many times to count. Lack of response to paid customers is disappointing and should be considered before purchase.

App stopped working

I have been using this App since March and today May 27, 2023 I could stream but no one can watch the games after. I paid $ 45 for the app. I uninstalled the app, downloaded the updates in App Store - did not work. The team relies upon the functionality of this app and it failed us today at a critical time. I would like to be refunded half of what I paid for it. Also prior to today, scoreboard glitches constantly. Called 1-800 number listed. Takes you to ADT Do not purchase in my opinion unless issues are fixed.

Good App But…

We use this app to watch our grandson play basketball. The app is generally good but a most aggravating feature on the app is the black and grey score box that is in the upper corner of the screen. It blocks views of hoops and can’t see if ball goes in or not!! It is also too big - same reason. While helpful the score box should be placed in the lower corners of the screen and made much smaller to allow maximum view of court action.

Sometimes great sometimes not

I love being able to live-stream games for family and others on our team who can’t be in-person. My issue is that the live-stream often glitches and stops working. I only know I have to stop/restart because I’ll receive texts that viewers can’t see anything.
Please help! How do I fix this?
