Support is a joke!
Every single time we have an issue, I cannot get ahold of someone live OR receive an actual response from support! I don’t even know why I bother but I always hope that the kids games get loaded magically I guess!
No customer support
I have sent multiple messages for support but had no response. The app itself is decent but can’t rate higher due to lack of service.
Support is unsupportive
Updating again. This app could be fantastic but I'm getting ripped off. Have paid for 2 subscriptions now but it doesn't recognize the upgrade. Can't unlock additional sports and customer service never responds. I think this is pretty much discontinued based on no app changes in over a year. Wish someone would buy it and fix it because it's a perfect solution to live streaming.
So far very underwhelmed. Support does not contact you back. Forgot password link doesn’t work. My streaming would cut out every 3-4 minutes. Going to give this one more try tomorrow, but so far for $45 a complete waste of money.

Could be so good
Pros:
- Love the scoreboard with the ability to add logos and remotely change the game score from another phone.
- Easy access by viewers either on the web or SC app (with or without a free account)
- When network quality is consistent the picture quality is great
- Lock focus and exposure on the camera is huge as we often have a net to shoot through for youth hockey. This is where FB Live falls short as the auto focus will constantly “hunt” with the netting in between the camera and players
- Record to local device is great too
Cons:
- Cannot upload a recording to the event afterwards, despite the feature clearly being there
- Sometimes multiple disjointed recordings will be created during an event making it impossible to go back and watch later. This happens on both the SC server as well as the local device recording.
- Stream will drop on the viewer side with no indication of it dropping on the broadcast side
- I have sent multiple support tickets in and have received ZERO response. This may be the most frustrating aspect, especially for a paid app.
I keep trying these streaming apps because they have the promise of better features, but I keep going back to crappy old FB Live because it is more consistent.

Horrible customer service
I’ve used SeasonCast for a year now. I have reached out to them through email (2 times) and voicemail (also 2x) in an effort to use some of their stated advanced features. Initial once did I receive any response. It’s too bad because the app has a lot of upward potential. If only their customer support could respond to their customers at least once in a while.

Not happy
I purchased season cast a year ago and loved it. When it came time to renew I was not aware if u want to keep the same service u had it cost additional $45 for premium service. Tried to purchase before big tournament . Games were live view only and not recorded. Retried purchasing the premium. Still no recording of games after missing total of 6 to date . If this is not corrected by today I will be switching to game changer .

Been using for years… going downhill fast
I have been using SeasonCast since the beginning of the app. The app works great! It’s the customer support that really has gone downhill the last few months. They never answer the phone or emails. Even after multiple attempts it’s like they aren’t there any more. Sad, because it used to be an awesome company to work with.

grandma’s sad
tried watching hockey tournament granddaughter was playing in this weekend. Thank goodness the announcers kept us in the games. The video went out, was scrambled, or stopped repeatedly. Not the first time this has happened. So disappointing.
Paid $45, not upgraded
I spent the money to get premium and watch past games. I got charged, but not upgraded. I’ve emailed twice with no response, and called customer service, but there is a message that no one is available to take the call. Do not waste your money on this!
