Lack of face and Touch ID is painful, especially as the app logs itself out every 5 minutes. This results in a safety issue as crews often type in their log in credentials while driving.
The app becomes *extremely* slow and unresponsive when cell service is less than perfect, even when other apps still work fine.
Nothing is cached, so the app needs to make data pull requests after *every* button click. This can cost a small to medium sized company thousands of dollars in wasted labor hours!
The feature set is actually very good, but the overall user experience is one of extreme frustration due to these 2 absolutely crippling issues.
