Can not connect to live video
I have the V1 and as some on here mention, since the new version I’m unable to connect to live video. I can do everything else the same but at fist I was thinking here was something wrong with my dash-cam. Please fix asap.micamaraesmia
Major app problem
App closes itself once the wifi is connected. The app is not usable anymore. The camera works great, and it would be nice to have usable software. If you call customer service, there is nobody answering the phone.Dr. Scott B
Version 1.3.1 crashes connecting to V1
As of version 1.3.1, the app crashes when attempting to connect to my V1 camera to change settings or view live video. The only thing I can do now is list and download videos stored on the device. I cannot otherwise connect to it to view live video or change settings. Everything worked fine before version 1.3.1. Please fix this problem.Show lessAngry Administrator

Needs a major update
The system requires you to look for a camera before you can watch videos you already downloaded to your phone. Additionally the app forces you to keep it open in order to download a video. Navigate away from the app or let your screen turn off and you start all over.
Also it takes about 1.5 minutes or more to download one 3 minute clip. So front and back for a 3 minute ride takes more than 3 minutes (closet to 4). And you can’t use your phone during this time. I don’t know if the slow download is my camera, card or the app. But I do know if I could multitask while downloading I wouldn’t care as much.

Not working
Won’t even connect...so no GPS...no downloads. Camera is great, but this app is a zero.
It allows you to go to settings, connect to dash cam, and that’s as far as it goes. “Read and write to photos, Siri and background app refresh.”
It goes no further than that.Intellipod
