Needs a major update
The system requires you to look for a camera before you can watch videos you already downloaded to your phone. Additionally the app forces you to keep it open in order to download a video. Navigate away from the app or let your screen turn off and you start all over.
Also it takes about 1.5 minutes or more to download one 3 minute clip. So front and back for a 3 minute ride takes more than 3 minutes (closet to 4). And you can’t use your phone during this time. I don’t know if the slow download is my camera, card or the app. But I do know if I could multitask while downloading I wouldn’t care as much.

Not working
Won’t even connect...so no GPS...no downloads. Camera is great, but this app is a zero.
It allows you to go to settings, connect to dash cam, and that’s as far as it goes. “Read and write to photos, Siri and background app refresh.”

Wonderful until the last update
Was working great until the last update. Now every time I go to look at the live feed it kicks me out of the app.

Crashing after recent update
The camera and app have been working fine up until I did a update about a week ago. Each time I open the app to connect to the camera it just crashes. I can pull down the footage and connect via wi-fi without a problem. Can’t open a live feed as well as delete old video via the app. Please fix.😤

I was sooo happy with this camera but now the app crashes every time I try to open the camera. Please fix this! 😩 Before I updated it it worked wonderfully. Excellent camera.
Finally
Got it working thanks to the only other review. The app is kinda all over the place but I can finally access my new videos. I’ll keep playing with it and hopefully figure it all out. Thanks.
Confusing to set up but works well!
The quick user guide doesn’t mention this:
When you’re setting up your dash cam, first press the WiFi button on the camera. Then go to your WiFi settings on your phone and look for the WiFi that’s listed on the dash camera screen. Connect to the camera WiFi on your phone and that will successfully sync your camera to your phone.
