Hands Down the Best

Tried all the organization/inventory apps, and this is by far the best. And it keeps getting better with constant updates/improvements! Highly recommend!!!

Great for teachers!

I love this app! It helped me tremendously as a teacher to know what classroom materials I have in the boxes in my garage!

Worst app ever

I started to use her app and I cannot believe such a simple task becoming so aggravating. It so badly organized. I just want to add a box and it’s asking me for area or box then I tap the area just to find out now I have a box with in a box. Don’t bother purchasing this app it’s a waist of time and money. Thanks god I only purchased monthly not yearly.

Aga I'm so sorry you had a poor experience! When you start out adding an Area, and then a Box, and then an Item it does make it easier to understand the "nesting doll" structure of how Everspruce organizes entries. With that said, it absolutely isn't ideal for users with your specific use case. If you're up for it, please contact carol@everspruceapp.com and we'd love to figure out a way to make it right. In addition, we'll think about how we can better support your specific use case in the future.

Time saver for clothes

I live in a flat and don’t have enough space for all my clothes in cupboards so store out of season clothes in vacuum bags.
I used Everspruce to track what I have in those bags so when it comes to the awkward in between seasons where you need clothes for summer and winter (this is the UK!) I could remember which bag different clothes were in.
I also store rarely used black tie dresses in a bag and used to forget what I had in there, but no longer!
The app has been a big timesaver and is very logical, easy to use and laid out well. Would recommend to everyone!

Efficient and Easy

This app is really well thought through. Rather than just bundle a load of features together, they seem to have paid close attention to what real families trying to organize a space would need. I’ve only used it at home and in a storage unit but I can see how it would be helpful in an office, stockroom, shop and basically anywhere where you need to store things, keep track of them and find them easily and quickly. I used it in my home (storing toys that my children aren’t using right now, summer clothes, camping gear, baby clothes etc.) We also used it to organize a small storage unit and it was amazing for that. I used to spend ages going through boxes, trying to remember where I’d put something. Now I know exactly where it is from the start and because you don’t have to store like items together, it’s freed up a lot of space too which is a major bonus for me. I would totally recommend this app!

Promising

The User interface is very clean. I like the process to add inventory and the way items can be searched on. However the description only allows you to see one line during input. There is only one report type - I would like to be able to print out photos with their full descriptions.

Thanks for your feedback MaryJane - we really do appreciate it. Your description comment is fair and we'll make that feature better in an upcoming update. Agreed on reporting as well. We will add another reporting type (compact) in an upcoming update that allows users to see a lot more entries per page and help them save paper and ink in the process. Great App

This app is very useful in keeping my plethora of various things organized. Are there any plans to allow subscribers the ability to import information? Or the ability to manage items on a desktop web interface? I think the batch mode is terrific, but I sometimes want to update/manage my items on a larger viewport.

Thanks for your feedback LP - we really appreciate it! We do have high level plans for importing data but we're admittedly still working out the details. If you get a chance we'd love to hear about how you would love for us to approach this - just go to the app and tap on Settings | Send Feedback to reach out to us. As far as a desktop app goes, we do have eventual plans there but we want to make sure that it is secure before we release it. We also might add a mac app at some point as well. Works great!

I have two quick feature requests though: landscape view in IPad, makes it unusable when my iPad is in its keyboard dock (as it always is) but this would be VERY helpful.

Also QR code integration! Please!!!!!

Game changer!

This has changed my families life so much, no joke. I wish I could have found this app earlier. It has saved so much time, money and frustration. It’s so easy to find stuff and keep everything organized. Example: my family has 23 iPhone cords.... why? Because we can’t ever find anything and we re-buy! I have touched almost every inch of my house (under sinks, closets, sheds, curio cabinets, ect.) and I feel so organized and in control of my household. Thank you for this app!! Get this app now if you haven’t already!!!
