In order to resolve the issue & repair the metadata, please follow below steps : a) Double click to open the video in QuickTime player. b) In the QuickTime, please go to File -> Export as -> 1080p (or click on 720p) c) Select a location to save the Video. This process will repair the metadata of the video and you will be able to process it using the application properly. If the issue still remains after following above steps, please send us the video in question. To send the video, please upload it to any cloud service like iCloud, OneDrive, GDrive, Box or Dropbox and share a downloadable link with us. Regards Support Team Email : support@runisoft.com
