Worst official app

Cannot login
I cannot login via social account and I cannot reset my password because I had previously used a social account. I am locked out of my own account. Whenever I click on social login the app crashes.musthawk
App never works
And when it does it’s so slow.. and that rarely happens too so basically it doesn’t workJaay jooj
Poorly Developed App
I was expecting this to either makes like simple by auto detection of pump / station, it’s actually much more touch opening this app as every time it requires login .. using email or phone , not saving login details, it’s stuck sometimes during paying .. and very very slow , Bug is clear about every time asking for update while no update neededShow lessWookieeDookiee
Doesn’t work - DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Update 2: after deleting the app I still get sms message from ENOC every few hours for mobile verification code. Now i received a message that I was charged AED 245 although I didn’t do any transaction. Customer service are not helpful and asked me to go to their office to discuss the problem.
Update 1: The app didn’t work for a long time. I downloaded the new update and it’s even worse. It didn’t accept my existing registration so I had to re-register all over again. Then even after registration it showed the wrong name. It came up with Biryaniwala Express as first name and last name. After I corrected it continued to think that Express was my last name. After doing the registration by a few hours it sent me a mobile registration code 6 times. The last mobile registration code was sent 6 hours after I registered. Please test the app and debug it before launching it.Show lessMMNAD

Not interesting app
After reviewing and going through the app, i don’t see the main point of using it as great as i expected.
its the same as if you have a credit card or apple pay, so there is no points to be collected or rewards when make purchases.
