  • Update has broken my game

    This game has frequent issues with updates. This time it has caused “Loading Error…Quit Game” every time I try to open the game. The game played fine yesterday, but this morning when I tried to open it the game downloaded 398MB, then would never load successfully again.
    I have deleted the game, rebooted my device, then reinstalled from App Store. Same result…as soon as that 398MB download occurs, the “Loading Error” happens, with “Quit Game” being the only option allowed. This happens on both my iPad and iPhone.
    I post this as a review because Support never responded to my email with the last problem one of their updates caused.
    I will not be starting this game from the beginning. If the developers can’t fix this current problem, then I’m done with it.

  • Effectively stole my money

    I have been really enjoying this, until this weekend. I was playing “pairs” when suddenly the login screen popped up, and wouldn’t go away - I was already logged in. To get rid of it I had to restart the game, to be greeted with the option to continue or restore ! I clicked restore, but that reset the game. I am now back at the beginning, all my ratings etc are zeroed. But worse, the money I had spent has also gone. I did contact tech support but their auto response said I wouldn’t hear from them for several days!

    I’m not impressive with their support - it’s a good game, but you need to back this up developers, or you’ll lose customers! If you read this, please reinstate “Poppilop” to where it was last night, thank you.

  • BROKE MY BANK !

    First off let me begin by saying that this app really deserves 5 stars 🌟 because it’s graphics are amazing and I can see that the developers put their hearts 🥰 into this game !
    That being said I must delete it because there is no way I can afford to continue to play ! !
    Every thing you do cost gems 💎 , and the price you pay for the amount of gems 💎 that you receive is godly outrageous !
    I know that I have to , as much as I hate to but , I have to go in to my wallet and see exactly how much money 💰 I put into this game in the short amount of time I spent playing it !
    This game is definitely 👍 in the top five of the best games I’ve played in a very long time and it breaks my heart ❤️ that I have to delete it from my tablet !
    I know that you have to make a profit from all of your hard work , but guys do you really have to be millionaires over night ?

  • Bad Updates Ruined Game

    Most recent update has made this game very unpleasant and nearly I,possible to play. Many of my guild and friends in other guilds have lost their accounts and now all they have worked for. Spent money in etc; This needs FIXED ASAP . WAS VERY BAD. And if is not fixed with a newer update to make prices same for all players many will just delete and tell all of their guilds to do the same as well as anyone who asks them should I play….a resounding NO will happen. No more referring friends to download. So the developers need to put things right again!

    This game is awesome. However. It won’t let me update because it says a family member has had an issue with billing and wants a credit card number. I don’t feel that is necessary just to play the game !! So I texted the support, and they want a $1 just to give me an answer. Ummm. No , not happening !!! Ugh.

  • Really interesting game

    Love the multiple game modes, graphics, well everything! It would be five stars but for the timer…wish I could choose to lose it. Thankfully, in beginner mode at least it gives you plenty of time. Highly recommend this game.
  • Wonderful

    Just started the game, it has so much to do, I’m so glad that there are directions on where to go, this game so far is the best hidden object, puzzle game I’ve played, the story line is fantastic, can’t wait to move on to each chapter and meet new characters, thank you developers lovely game, a lot of hard work seems to have gone into making this game, definitely worth it👏👏

  • Love the game but need technical support

    Since I’ve started playing this game I’ve had to change my email address & can’t remember the old one but I have a situation that needs to be fixed ASAP by tech support and I don’t know how to get to them without them helping me… I know they have the information required to address the problem, can help me out again, PLEASE!!!   • Great game! Recommend!

    I have played similar games but they are difficult to follow the story and hard to get either diamond or coins. But this gave deserves the 5 stars because it has it all! Great graphics ease to follow the story and not complicated search for items! I usually don’t spend more that five minutes on them, but with this gave I have been none stop playing for almost an hour! Love the game!!!

  • Recently gone downhill.

    I have played this game for about 3 years, am at a reasonable level and am co-leader of a successful Guild. We take the weekly “Big Tournament” very seriously, invest a lot of time in it and sometimes spend real money. Recently, Adore have increased the amount of updates, and the updates often bring glitches that can be very troublesome for players, for example, they can’t open the game, they lose their level, status and hard-won items. Adore are often slow to respond to requests for help. The recent update has made several changes, including the rewards in the Big Tournament; the rewards used to be quite reasonable but Adore has replaced some of the useful items with quite useless ones (except, perhaps, to very inexperienced players), eg an amulet to turn off comparison mode for an hour, one to turn off night mode for an hour. While Adore claim to be making the game better, many players, myself included, feel that they are hell bent on ruining the game for us. I will see what the next few days bring but am seriously considering deleting this game.
