Love this game! I started playing on a Galaxy phone and then switched to iPhone and had to start all over because it won’t transfer my progress onto the iPhone
  • Coastal Hill

So far this is a good game. Just started playing so time will tell.

Dear player, thanks so much for your review. We’re pleased to see you’re enjoying our hidden object game. Let us know if you have any questions or suggestions about the game.
  • I deleted this game.

Technical assistance is usually pretty quick. I wish there was more energy to play with. There used to be more chances to get free energy, but you get 2 chances now by watching a video. I think the screen where you get 3 chances to uncover 3 of the same items is next to impossible. There is not enough time given on the puzzle screens. These are very hard and us old folks have a hard time being so quick on these. I can’t do it even if I take a pic of the screen before I start. It usually just makes me mad. Otherwise this is a fun game. Update! I deleted this game that I used to love today. You are forced to watch a 30 second ad after every scene that you play. I understand money is the driver, but without players do you really have anything worth being proud of? Enjoy your money.

Dear Lorie, thanks so much for your review. You can turn off ads by tapping on the "Watch ads and get double coins and experience" button after completing a search at a location, but in this case, you will receive less reward.
  • Great Game

Game has excellent graphics and a good variety of gameplay/tasks. There are a variety of strategies and it is fun figuring out which works for you. They update periodically and are generous gifting the player for doing so. All around fun game.
  • Gone down hill

My mum is a high level player in this game, she told me it was the best game to play. I am still a lower level player, we compare & she helps me. When I started playing I agree it was the best game online, but sadly it’s gone down hill, the makers have taken the enjoyment from it, where I use to be able to help friends & receive help back is now impossible as a low level player, it seems they want blood for you to progress. Everything doubled in costs.
As a free game it’s okay, but if your just starting playing it’s become extremely difficult to move up levels. I doubt I will be playing much longer, I like games where the owners are not greedy, change to much and take the enjoyment of the game away. But give it a try, new player won’t notice because they didn’t play when the game was great!!!

Dear Sticky Vicki, thanks for your review! We are really disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with our app. Our game is designed to be free-to-play: it doesn't force you to pay to proceed. Some content is longer to achieve, other - harder, but still it's free. But we will try to incorporate your feedback and improve our service.
  • Enjoying game

Thank you Adore for a fun game I am still learning the nuances of. As a side note, I will gladly say, the response time to hear back from the Adore team is fantastic. Thank you Adore for clarifying points that I should have realized. Appreciate that they have people that deal with people like me. Lol!

  • Greedy developers

Loved this game until developers got enormously greedy. Am a former RavenHill and Legends of Eldritchwood player and I have spent more real money playing this game than either of those. But I won’t be doing that anymore. Latest update was ridiculous requiring more of everything to complete sites and battle monsters, which seems they are trying to force our hand to buy upgrades. Guess I will start looking for another game to play, so sad.

  • Losing my interest

I stopped playing other games because they were less interesting than Coastal Hill. I love the camaraderie with the general chat and the friends system. It is a game that I can enjoy with my sister, even though she lives 3000 miles away. That being said, the algorithms used by this developer do not foster loyalty in players. As soon as Adore noticed that I was willing to spend a little money in the game the prices increased exponentially. I splurged on a $25 offer — big mistake. Now I get nothing but $50 and $70 offers. Adore, I can and am willing to spend a few dollars, but I cannot and will not spend $50 on your game every week. I know that spending is optional. I would be more inclined to spend on cheaper packages, even if they do not include as many bonuses. Then there is Version 1.21.1 that was just released a few days ago. You can no longer help your friends by gifting weapons to them. The cost (in in-game currency) for some items have doubled, tripled, quadrupled, or more, depending on the player and some weird algorithm that Adore is using. So disappointing when I have been playing only 3 months. I thought that I would be able to enjoy this game for a long time. Instead I am wondering if I will be able to sustain my interest after this latest update.

Hi, thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it. We are really disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with our app. A flexible pricing model was applied in the recent updated version, because it takes into account the skills and interests of both beginners and more experienced players. The essence of the flexible pricing model lies in the fact that the prices vary depending on the number of already accumulated amulets by a player. Thus, if you want to lower the cost, you should use the available amulets at first. We hope for your kind understanding. Moreover, our game is designed to be free-to-play: it doesn't force you to pay to proceed. Some content is longer to achieve, other - harder, but still it's free.
  • Bad updates

This used to be a great game and still has the potential to be so again. The most recent update has become a money grab by Adore. With every new update they take more away and give us a little less, unless you want to spend money.
I don’t understand why you would not treat your players better, you make it harder to earn gems required to play the game competitively but you make sure that you offer us plenty of opportunities to buy them.
I don’t mind spending money to support the game but it is beginning to get ridiculous.
You now require us to buy tools with gems instead of asking your friends to send them to you which of course is going to make us spend more money to buy gems to play. Please fix this Adore! It is going to be bad for your game, you are going to lose players which is going to hit you in the wallet.
