  • Slow processing of remittance

    Weekend processing of remittance to this bank is very slow. I have used BPI and UB before and they usually take about 12 hours until my remittance is available in my account even on weekends. It was only because LBP opened a branch with an ATM in my hometown when I decided to open an OFB account but I am somewhat feeling disappointed with their service to OFWs.

    Hi. We apologize for any inconveniences. The timeframe for the funds to be credited depends on the remittance center or bank used. If the money was sent through LANDBANK's overseas Remittance Partners, the funds may be credited to your account immediately or within approximately 48 hours. Otherwise, the processing may take 5-7 banking days. Thank you.

    Please check your email and help your customer about the otp. Last month pa ako gustong mag transfer ng fund pero hindi talaga ako nakakatangap ng otp.

    Why always unavailable for sending o transfer money?

  • App is frustrating to use

    I am unable to do anything that requires an OTP anymore because whenever it asks for it, it doesn’t send you one and if you wait out the timer and request for a new one, it will indeed send you an OTP but it will still be the first one you requested and not the new one so it’s virtually useless and if you do it enough times, you’ll get locked out.

    It’s a government owned bank so if the app is representative of the Philippines government, then it’ll explain why it barely works properly.

  • Fund transfer not working

    Trying to transfer funds but it keeps signing out when selecting destination saying "you have not used ofbank for a while. You have been signed out" even after signing in multiple times.

    bat ganun madalas nag e error pag nag log in? diko maiwasan mangamba lalo na bago lang ako dito tapos laking pera pa naman nilagay ko sa account ko.
  • Poor transaction history and missing money

    I have transferred 30k in my account then used the card for online transaction amounting to 16k but to my surprise the amount left in my deposit is only 9k? I have couple of thousands to begin with before me depositing this additional 30k, so this 9k left is really impossible. Transaction history doesnt show anything other than my 16k transaction. It just dont add up.

    I will be calling from overseas and from the review here, it seems like I will be charged more than what I intend to query about. Therefore, I emailed them twice now but has not responded yet.
