Sets a new low bar for functionality. Horrible. HORRIBLE app.
This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. It logs you out randomly (even in the middle of paying for laundry). Every step takes 5 minutes because of how slow it is. It works half the time, and there are constant errors: errors in the process, errors in the amount, errors in every single part. The worst part of doing laundry is using this app - and that’s really saying something. Horrible.Show lessbroskinator
Contact and emails never send
Trash company. Feedback or contact us features never send after writing them up. Increased our dryer price by 10 cents and forcing you to use the app and not your coins because they don’t accept any other but 25 cents. Also the 10 dollar minimum is a total scam. Especially when you force me to pay 10 cents extra because the machine only takes quarters!! Trash trash. If I could say it all day it’s trash.Show lessMe I guess :P
Easy to use.
I love this because I no longer have to remember yo either get cash from my bank or the store. Then remember to add cash to the machine on 1st floor so that I can do my laundry on 2nd or 4th floor.
Before this I was doing a lot of running just to get cash and then remover to add the cash to my card on 1st floor.
Now all I do is add money from my debit or cc on the app. Go to the laundry to put my clothes in the washers or dryers. Then type in (or scan) the machine number.
Laundry starts
And tells me when it’s done.
