I’m not one to write reviews unless I have a very memorable experience—positive or negative. I first used this app with the washers/dryers at the university I attended three years ago. That experience alone was already subpar, but at least I didn’t have to pay every time I did laundry. One year ago, I moved into an apartment complex that used this very app, and now I was paying $2 per load. Not only do the washers/dryers constantly stop mid-cycle or just don’t start but have no problem processing your payment, but you can only request one refund at a time, and sometimes it takes weeks to process. $2 might not seem like much, but since it happened nearly every time I did laundry, it started to add up. If the dryer doesn’t dry your clothes all the way, you also have to pay for more time. I started taking pictures and videos and requesting to speak with support, and no one ever got back to me. In the future, if I ever have to do laundry in a unit that isn’t mine and this is what I’d have to use, I would go somewhere else or fully pick a different place to live, it’s that bad. After doing the math, I lost so much money, not just in the malfunctions, but in the overall lack of maintenance that ended up ruining my clothes. Easily one of the worst experiences ever.
