Annoying app
This app will send annoying random marketing notifications to do laundry for no reason and there’s no way to turn it off without blocking notifications completely. If you do that, you won’t get the one notification you need — the one telling you your laundry is done!
In addition, at my complex washers and dryers are $2/load, but the minimum payment is $5. If you don’t plan out your final laundry loads VERY carefully, they will steal money from you. Unfortunately when drying my final load I had $1 and need $2, so I had to add $5 and that last dry load cost me $6.
Another incredibly annoying thing is that, once you pay for a load, you can not change the settings even if you haven’t yet hit start, so look very closely at what the last person punched in and double check before you pay. If you are unlucky enough to pay for settings that are incompatible with what you want to wash (hot water, etc) all you can do is eat the cost and let the machine run its course. There does not appear to be any way to cancel.
I don’t know if this company also maintains the machines or if they just sell their app, but the machines had issues and were dirty and poorly maintained. I’m thrilled to no longer have to deal with this app or those machines anymore.Show lessNo refunds allowed on faulty machines
Washing and dryer Machines don’t start and they don’t issue multiple refunds meaning if you get one of there non functioning machines twice they will only refund one transaction at a time if that.
You have to submit a request to refund and that takes up to 14 days and they never give you your refund. They don’t send an email stating it was denied. So basically you need to wait 14 days and if you don’t see any refund then that means that they denied it they don’t need to send you anything. They just need to sit back and not respond.
This company that runs this application taught me in America. You just need to have a system that doesn’t work take peoples money and not be able to get a hold of a live person and everything will work out just fine
When they send a technician to service the machines they know that they don’t work in their excuse is well it’s a user problem. It’s not a mechanical problem so nothing gets done about it and I’m sorry it’s not your appliance that’s not working it’s you that doesn’t know how to use a dryer or a washer (which we were all taught at young age how to operate these machines so that’s just blatant disrespect)Show lessWhen it works…
I think this system has great potential, but it would be much better if there was 24/7 communication with the technical team for when issues arise. For example, when a dryer stops working, it's crucial to have a way to notify someone immediately. Additionally, a notification system to alert users when their laundry is done would be helpful, rather than just relying on the machine's notifications.
The biggest issue is that when the washers or dryers break down, there's no one available to fix them right away or provide a refund. This leaves users out of pocket and without detergent or their laundry. The system is acceptable when it's working, but it's frustrating and costly when it malfunctions.Show less
