To complicated compare to other states
The California lottery app is automatic, don’t have to put a date or anything.
New App is ridiculous
Why would I want to pay for this!!! It is absurd. Getting rid of it immediately, not worth to pay for it

You should just start over. Maybe review other states lottery apps and get some ideas bc this is way too complicated for a lottery app. You shouldn’t need a tutorial to check lottery tickets! And charging? You people are crazy!
App froze
Good evening, today I downloaded the scan app and attempted to utilize its functions. The app loaded quickly however it did not respond to the give commands which was scan. I quickly deleted this app.
Unable to open app
I downloaded the app and went through the tutorial. All of a sudden the app says “Wait” and then crashes. Have tried multiple times without success. Even deleted it an reinstalled a couple of times and still the same results.

Downloaded accidentally. No way to contact that I can find except this review. Need a better way to contact, especially if this costs money. I was only visiting Florida and wanted to check scratch offs

No information- just a spinning wheel then nothing

After i skipped intro, it said waiting and then crashed. Can’t get it to open at all.
Useless
I have not been able to see it work. Aborts during the load stage. It is advertised as optimized for iPhone X , which is the one I have. So optimized that wouldn’t load.
