Jumping on the yoga bandwagon now. After all the women harmed by promises to get rid of their cellulite by following previous advice from this woman, I would proceed very carefully and cautiously with any exercise regime offered by Ashley Black.

There aren’t any actual yoga programs in this app. It’s just stretching. What a disappointment. Glad the app was free!

This is NOT YOGA. This is a sales pitch for her version of a yoga ball 🙄 and stretches “taught” by someone who isn’t even a yoga instructor. 😡😡😡😡if you want REAL yoga, there are plenty of other free apps that aren’t trying to sell you their products.

Make sure you don’t have your phone on silent. This is the best workout I’ve had. And I’ve done them all. P90X / Insanity. Bikram. Etc. and free vs the normal $99.
