My bone density was low and I was suffering from extreme pain in my lower back. I found “Aging Backward” on PBS and tried the 14 day trial 5 years ago. I started off very keen and purchased an HDMI connector to connect my phone to the TV. I kept up my subscription but was not diligent in daily practices and sometimes several months would go by, but when the back pain started to flare up, I knew the value of the programs and got back into it.
I started curling again at age 70 and have found the 1/2 programs great the mornings before I leave for the rink. Then in the late afternoons another short program to cool down. At the rink I also like to do a 10 minute warm up routine before going on the ice but not sure which grouping to exercises would be best.
Love this APP, love the instructors and love how I feel.
