Like an abusive relationship
This program is no better or worse than many that are out there, but the terrible part is they refuse to let you go. You cancel but they hold your membership captive for months. I haven’t used it but for the first day or two. I had no interest and unsubscribed/cancelled. Now they continue to charge me. I haven’t used it and they illegally hold my card information for months, from August to late November, before allowing the cancellation go through.

The app keeps me on track and makes tracking soo much easier! The emails and zoom calls are informative and helpful! I had been trying to do it on my own and was losing weight slowly but the lose it phase has taken the weight off faster! I enjoy having the recipes, being able to swap them and the printing of the grocery list and the week meal plan helps in shopping and meal prep organizing! The exercise suggestions are helpful, I appreciate the how to videos! THANKSPlan is good but…..
The plan itself is good , teaches you to make healthy choices, habits and break bad habits.
There are different meal plans available, including vegetarian but no Vegan plan ( I hope they add it in the near future). Exercise plans available with and without equipment.
If you follow the meal plan it could get very pricey except the simple meal plan, it is very simple 😉
All is well and good but I didn’t loose any weight even in the “loose it “ phase I think it’s because before I started this diet I was making relatively healthy choices being a vegetarian all my life I was eating lots of vegetables, whole grains fruits and not eating sugar etc., so I didn’t see any difference, I think 💭 it could also be because I am going through menopause. But will continue this because I do believe I will see benefits in the long run with my health!!
